We’re delighted to offer free shipping on all orders over $100, with the exception of cat trees. Due to their size and weight, cat trees incur additional shipping costs, which will be calculated and added at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. As our products are thoughtfully sourced from a range of trusted suppliers, items may ship from different warehouses. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Returns & Refunds
At Perfect Little Paws, we carefully choose products we believe your pets will adore. If something isn’t quite right, we’re always happy to help.
Returns
If you’d like to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, simply email us at hello@perfectlittlepaws.shop. Returns must be approved before being sent back, as items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Please note that any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please get in touch with us promptly so we can look into it and help make things right.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If a return is approved, you’re welcome to place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll let you know the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
